This role requires a proven background in human resources, particularly within the pharma or healthcare industry. You will support the Italian leadership team in strategic HR initiatives, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The position offers a temporary contract for 12 months, ideal for candidates with strong HR operational knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience in HR Generalist/Business Partner roles, ideally in the pharma/healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance.
• Proven track record in full recruitment cycle.
