We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic and rapidly growing FIG M&A platform. As a Vice President, you will play a key role in transaction execution, client engagement, and the development of junior team members.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in FIG advisory, M&A, and capital raising, with a solid network across key FIG subsectors and institutional investors. They will possess strong execution skills, a commercial mindset, and a desire to contribute to a fast-growing platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the FIG landscape (insurance, banking, asset & wealth management, specialty finance, etc.)
• Support origination efforts through market analysis, pitch preparation, and client dialogue
• Contribute to building and maintaining trusted client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape the firm's FIG coverage strategy
