A leading global insurance provider is seeking a Personal Assistant on a fixed term contract to join their Group Chief Operating Office team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics and 2-3 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing executives' calendars, organizing travel, and logistics for meetings. Candidates should be fluent in English and possess excellent planning and organizational skills. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus. This position is based in Milan, Italy.
