Who You Are:

Passionate for fashion and a fast‑paced environment, you are a Stock Associate – an MK Ambassador representing the vision of Michael. You are responsible for operational tasks and all aspects of the Back of House, and as team players collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Team through the management and follow‑up of all stock‑related tasks, including deliveries and inventory control.
• Work as part of the MK Team, providing support for colleagues within the store.
• Take accountability for personal self‑evaluation and performance as an MK Ambassador.
• Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy.
• Practice and role‑model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior toolkit.
• Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
• Support the team and line manager to ensure all client problems and any complaints are resolved.
• Build and maintain effective communication with line manager and members of the store, collaborating and influencing to drive performance in‑store.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self and team accountable for the results.
• Analyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Track and communicate business results and opportunities with line manager support, driving sales and product needs.
• Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following brand guidelines.
• Ensure integrity of inventory control through bi‑annual inventories and cycle counts.
• Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, taking quick action on early indications of any loss, communicating with the line manager.
• Collaborate with the VM responsible in‑store to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies.
• Partner with store management team to ensure appropriate product assortment.
