Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Steward Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring that all dishwashing, cleaning and sanitation tasks are carried out efficiently and in full compliance with Four Seasons standards. This role coordinates the stewarding team, maintains impeccable hygiene across all back‑of‑house spaces, and ensures that all equipment, tools and supplies are clean, organized and ready to support kitchen and service operations.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
