Description

SEAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to oversee operations at Lamezia Terme Airport (SUF) and Reggio Calabria Airport (REG).

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all station and hangar activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all operational activities within the station and hangars, ensuring adherence to SEAS and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the condition of facilities, tools, and equipment, ensuring they meet operational and safety requirements.
  • Oversee staff competencies, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), authorizations, and approvals.
  • Coordinate the personnel assessment process in collaboration with departments such as Quality Assurance (QA) and Planning.
  • Ensure optimal use and maintenance of station and hangar resources, tools, and materials.
  • Identify operational issues and implement effective, timely solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in both Line and Hangar Management roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and operational challenges.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
