At TheICircle, we connect international students with trusted local Hosts, creating the best-match accommodation experience possible. Our mission is to reinvent how students live abroad—making it simple, personal, and global.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our early-stage team in Rome (hybrid: part office, part remote). You’ll work directly with the founders—literally building side by side—to ship features, solve problems quickly, and test bold ideas.
This role isn’t just about writing code. It’s about becoming a key player in the startup journey. You’ll help shape the product, bring AI into real workflows, and creatively fix what breaks. For the right person, this is a path to CTO and true co-founder status, including a place on the board.
What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring an employee—we’re looking for someone who could grow into a Partner/CTO. That means more than technical skills: integrity, reliability, and long-term commitment are the real foundation of this role.
Here’s what you’ll do (and what we expect you to bring):
Bonus points if you’ve worked on side projects, internships, or anything scrappy that proves you can build and ship.
