You will work closely with the other team members, supporting the planning and execution of key activities, including:

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Production
  • Coordination and execution of events, campaign shootings, and other brand projects
  • Ensure timely follow-up and alignment across all teams and external collaborators
  • Support in managing timelines, budgets, and logistics for different projects and for the collection production
• Web & E-Commerce
  • Assist in managing the e-commerce (Shopify)
  • Managing customer care
  • Help maintain and update product listings, inventory status, and assets
• Inventory & PR Coordination
  • Track inventory levels and liaise with the showroom and PR partners
  • Support in sample management and product movement for shoots and press activities
• Tools & Platforms
  • Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Drive

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Italian (preferred)
