Partner with the best

As Manufacturing Line Operations Leader in the Florence shop you will be leading the production to match the schedule with the highest focus on HSE, Quality and Operation excellence. Manufacturing Operations imply heavy and high precision machining, fabrication.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the operations, workforce and material flow, to execute the daily production plan.
  • Guarantee the performance and target the KPIs such as (among the others) OnTimeDelivery, Productivity, Zero defects and Cost of bad quality, workforce and machines efficiency, HSE Leading&Lagging indicators.
  • Leading the operation throughout Standard Work and Lean Principles
  • Role modelling in the Shop to get the people on key rules knowledge and respect.
  • Training plan execution:
    • On HSE specifically cooperating with Resource Mngr and HSE Specialists
    • On Technical Domains with relevant Subject Matter Experts
  • Supporting on Hiring plan deployment (interviewing and buddying). First days/ On job Training delivery.
  • Support on new technology introduction and new equipments installation and start-up.
  • Stay up to date on new/contemporary tool or theories on mfg operations excellence
  • Being champion on HSE, Compliance and Quality
  • Being an Ambassador of Manufacturing function supporting on Talent attraction and growth (Internship, academies, collaboration w/ Schools or Universities) and being active on Customer oriented initiatives ( i.e shop tour)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college on STEM Disciplines
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities
  • Pro-activity and accuracy in data processing
  • Display good communication skills and fluency with the English language
  • Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training Knowledge of value stream mapping, AWO, Kaizen, 5s and other lean tools is preferred.
