Descrizione del lavoro

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person to ensuring our sourcing processes are compliant, and risk-aware. Identifying and mitigating risks related to sourcing activities, managing audits, coordinate business continuity plans and ensuring full compliance with policies and procedure will be part of your day-to-day.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential risks in the sourcing supply chain and support mitigation plan development across Sourcing Groups.
  • Coordinate suppliers’ Business Continuity Plans for all Sourcing Groups and Production Centers.
  • Lead and coordinate sourcing audits, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external auditors.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on audit results, risk status, compliance issues, and continuity plans for the Sourcing Leadership Team and GLTs.
  • Provide training and guidance on risk management and compliance best practices.
  • Act as Sourcing reference for legal matters (contract templates and frameworks).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within sourcing and compliance processes.
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional meetings and projects.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Fluent English required; French, Italian, or Chinese is a plus.
  • Proven experience in risk management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
