Key responsibilities include leading the evolution of the agent simulation module, optimizing existing code, and collaborating with engineering teams to introduce innovative features. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of agent simulation techniques, familiarity with ASAM standards, and proficiency in C/C++ and Python. We’re looking for a passionate Software Engineer to help us enhance VI-WorldSim , our cutting-edge traffic management simulation platform. In this role, you’ll work on innovative solutions that drive realistic agent behavior and improve mobility systems worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the evolution of our agent simulation module within VI-WorldSim.
• Optimize and maintain existing code for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with a talented engineering team to introduce new features.
• Develop and maintain interfaces aligned with ASAM standards (OpenScenario, OpenDrive).

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of agent simulation techniques.
• Familiarity with ASAM standards (OpenScenario / OpenDrive).
• Solid foundation in vehicle dynamics and control system design.
• Proficiency in C / C++ and Python.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Matlab / Simulink.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine (especially Chaos framework).
• Familiarity with SUMO or similar simulation frameworks.
