A global engineering firm in Cologno Monzese seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to develop project schedules and coordinate planning activities. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering and experience in project control for pharma, chemical, or O&G projects. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, along with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MSProject. The role offers a hybrid work model to balance office and remote work.

• Develop the EPCMV Level 3 / Level 4 Project Master Schedule.
• Plan and coordinate all planning and scheduling activities.
• Collect performance data (installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements).
• Run Analysis and Report (Earned Value, productivity and risk analyses).
• Identify and track changes to the project scope.
• Direct liasie with Client and internal management.

Within our Project Controls Department we are looking for a Senior Project Scheduler who will:

Responsibilities

• Develop the EPCMV Level 3 / Level 4 Project Master Schedule
• Plan and coordinate all planning and scheduling activities
• Collect performance data (installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract work)
• Run Analysis and Report (Earned Value, productivity and risk analyses)
• Identify and track changes to the project scope, ensuring that estimated impacts are made visible with the client and internal management
• Direct liasie with Client and internal management

Qualifications

• Availability to be assigned on client site (Italy / Europe)
• Graduate in Engineering Disciplines
• Few years' site experience in Project Control roles on Building Pharma / Chemical / O&G projects
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Mandatory Experience and Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MSProject
• Strong organizational and communication skills
