cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we’re looking for Experienced Architects/ Developers ready to lead projects, drive innovation, and mentor others.

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients — with autonomy, ownership, and real career growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow implementations
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, etc.)
• Build and maintain integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
• Guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure alignment with ITIL and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, etc.)
• CSA certification required, additional certifications are a strong plus
• Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Familiarity with key development tools such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, App Engine Studio, and UI Builder
• Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
• Strong functional analysis skills — ability to understand business requirements and produce technical documentation
• Proactive, autonomous, and strong team player
