An innovative AI startup in Milan is seeking an exceptional SEO content expert to join their team. The candidate will work closely with the founding team to develop and execute strategies for organic growth, focusing on content creation tailored for both traditional search engines and LLM platforms. This is a full-time on-site role offering a salary of 25-35k per year with flexible holidays and a vibrant team culture.

We are looking for exceptional SEO content expert with advanced strategic skills in organic growth, backlink development and search engine optimization. You'll craft targeted content designed for LLM platforms and conventional search engines alike. The SEO strategy will be shaped together with the founding team

KEY INFORMATION

• Who are we? We're an AI video creation startup
• What are we aiming for? We're on a mission to let anyone create high-performance long video content just collaborating and chatting with the AI, you can see Videotok as the Lovable for video creation
• What drives/obsesses us? We are obsessed with design, performance, and being able to revolutionize video, ads, and film creation from the south of Europe
• Market: Primarily the US, but global from day one
• Funding: Well-funded with global investors

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• SEO Tools: familiarity with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) and content management systems
• multi-format expertise: proven ability to create multiple content formats (blog posts, case studies, landing pages, etc.) optimized for ranking on traditional search engines and LLM-based platforms
• strategy & innovation: proven ability to execute proven SEO strategies while developing innovative approaches, using data-driven insights to scale organic growth and competitive positioning
• data-driven optimization: strong analytical skills to measure content performance and continuously refine strategies based on insights

WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

? Initial fit chat

• 30-minute initial conversation to get to know each other and see if Videotok is what you expect and if there is a potential fit regarding what we are looking for right now
• ? Technical challenge
• 2-3 hour project interview. You will be presented with a small project and you will have 1 hour to build it. Afterwards, we will discuss together the project you have done and past projects you have built
• This will be an open conversation while we have coffee, in person if you can come to Milan, or remote if you are from outside.
• Here we will get to know each other better, and you will be able to ask anything :)
