The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in Medical or Internal Education, preferably within the Med-tech or Pharma industry, and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This role involves significant collaboration and travel, contributing to high-quality training initiatives.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of Medical or Internal Education experience, particularly in Med-tech or Pharma.
• 4 years in a People Management role is preferred.
• Certification in training is an asset.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute internal and external education programs.
• Update and improve learning experiences.
• Manage education budget in line with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate educational activities across EMEA markets.
