Lead Talent Attraction Consultant - Connecting technical and consulting talent for our EMEA GTM practice

Our solutions designers are technically savvy, customer centric experts in enterprise architecture. As a key contributor to Pega’s Solutions Consulting team, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional account teams, product managers, architects, business officers and others to ensure the successful execution of sales strategy.

This is a newly created role focused on helping Pega’s clients modernize their SAP landscapes to improve agility while preserving a clean core. Pega's powerful portfolio of strategic applications helps clients embrace digital transformation, by automating, streamlining, and rethinking the way work gets done.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Help enterprise clients meet strategic business goals by designing end‑to‑end solutions that streamline critical operations.
• Leverage Pega GenAI Blueprint™ capabilities with experiential selling to facilitate discovery and deliver strategic demos that position SAP workflows with Pega orchestration.
• Lead integration architecture discussions with clients to identify optimal connection points between Pega and SAP modules.
• Combine technical fluency, business process expertise with consultative selling skills to help clients orchestrate workflows across SAP and Pega.
• Collaborate intimately with go‑to‑market teams to deliver seamless, customer‑focused outcomes.

Who You Are:

• You bring a high level of fluency around SAP technology, as comfortable having a deep architectural discussion as you are delivering a strategic demo to an executive audience.
• Your interpersonal skills allow you to develop strong customer relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating client needs (business, operations and IT).
• Able to discuss and incorporate Agentic and GenAI into solution designs and daily work.
• Fluent Italian and English.

What You've Accomplished:

• Extensive technical or business experience in client‑facing roles such as pre‑sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development.
• Demonstrated ability to create enterprise architecture solutions that align with business and operations objectives.
• Strong background in designing and implementing complex workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of major SAP‑driven business processes (Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, etc.) and can identify where Pega can add agility.
