Overview

You will join a team based in San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA, focused on growing creators' revenue and delivering products, features, and experiences that enable creators to earn a living doing what they love. You will work across the stack and with multiple functions, owning the services you build and operate, and partnering with engineers, product managers, designers, data specialists and program managers to deliver solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience; including 2+ years of people management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clarity of thought and articulation are critical components for success
• Experience with web services, cloud infrastructure, and system design
• Ability to attract, hire and retain engineering talent
• Comfortable operating within an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
• Track record of leading teams to design, implement and operate consumer-facing applications
• An impact-oriented product engineering leader mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building applications using Golang, AWS Cloud Infra and/or React
• Experience building Machine Learning or AI applications
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
