Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Social Media & Brand Manager to take ownership of our corporate social media presence, and who will drive our brand growth and strengthen our positioning within the deep-tech and AI ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing, this role combines strategic oversight of our social channels with hands‑on content creation. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong ownership, capable of driving our digital communications and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with both international and Italian‑speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of our social media presence across Linkedin and X, from strategy to execution, without relying on external agencies.
• Manage daily operations of corporate social channels, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
• Contribute to other corporate communication touchpoints, including internal blog, newsletters, and external publications.
• Deliver high-quality and original copywriting in Italian for product marketing initiatives, including product launches, website content, presentations, white papers, and other collateral (without agency support.)
• Collaborate closely with product marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement assets, helping translate technical concepts into business-oriented messaging.
• Participate in the crafting of value propositions and product messaging in collaboration with the product marketing team.
• Work closely with designers and video producers to ensure cohesive storytelling across written and visual formats.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across Italian-language channels and touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with how deep-tech and AI companies communicate, monitoring trends, competitors, and linguistic evolutions in the market.

Requirements

• Native-level Italian and excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management within the tech, deep tech, or AI industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Strong copywriting skills in Italian, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse formats and audiences.
• Solid understanding of the technology and AI landscape, with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible and engaging content.
• High level of proactivity, ownership, and autonomy in managing projects end-to-end.
• Ability to grasp complex technologies and turn them into clear, engaging, and business-relevant language.
• Familiarity with content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel publishing.
