A semiconductor technology company is seeking a Senior RF/mmW Design Engineer in Pavia, Italy. This role involves collaborating with local and international engineering teams to lead the design and validation of RF/mmW circuits for wireless applications. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design. Fluency in English and a valid work permit for Italy are required for this full-time position.

ASR Microelectronics Pavia is looking for a Senior RF/mmW Design Engineer. The successful candidate will report to the Manager in Italy and will work closely with the local team while interacting with teams in the US and China.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the local and international engineering teams.
• Lead, design and validate RF/mmW circuits for wireless applications.
• Ensure silicon‑level verification of circuits and transistor‑level performance.
• Participate in system‑level RF transceiver design and validation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in analog and mixed‑signal IC design.
• Solid knowledge of IC design, optimization, and silicon‑proven circuits.
• Expertise in RF/mmW circuits (LNAs, PAs, Mixers, PLLs).
• Experience with scaled CMOS technologies (28 nm to 6 nm FinFET).
• Understanding of system‑level RF transceiver architecture.
• Strong testing and validation skills for RF transceiver macro‑blocks.
• Fluent English and valid work permit to work in Italy.
