Overview

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Senior Project Manager Freelance to join our Experiential Team in our Milan offices.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success;
• Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations;
• Manage the team on field;
• Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project;
• Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills;
• Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed;
• Provide strong responding to incoming agency requests in a proactive and timely manner, demonstrating efficiency and reliability;
• Ensure the complete diligence of administrative tasks (cost estimates/financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact & status reports, etc.).

Desired skills

• Proven experience in sport events/olympics management will be considered a plus;
• Must have from 3 to 5 years of experience in roles in multinational corporation or agency as Project Manager;
• Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule;
• Must have strong MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills;
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written (in English as well);
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment;
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure;
• Be able to manage multiple projects/tasks under pressure, maintaining strong attention to detail;
• Great team player.
