We’re looking for a Senior Process & Maintenance Engineer to lead our maintenance team in Legnago and support our manufacturing department. In this role, you’ll supervise the daily activities of the of the team to ensure the achievement of volume, cost, and quality objectives. Contribute to the development of new processes, identifying waste with a continuous improvement mindset.

About the job:

Supervise daily maintenance activities to meet production, cost, and quality goals

Handle both routine and complex maintenance tasks, especially during breakdowns

Support continuous improvement by helping implement new processes and solutions

Assist the team with difficult issues and act as the main contact for escalations

Plan team workloads to boost productivity and ensure targets are met

Train new team members on tools and procedures

Work closely with external suppliers and ensures coordination with internal stakeholders

About you:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Technical Qualification

At least 8-10 years of experience in industrial, mechanical, electronics maintenance

Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.

Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Able to analyze and solve complex technical issues

Strong leadership and communication skills

Detail-oriented and organized
