Opportunity

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.

Objective of the position is ensuring efficient, compliant, and optimized warehouse and logistics operations to support timely and accurate goods handling, shipping, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will be :

• The Warehouse Coordinator will not only oversee daily logistics operations but will also be actively involved in hands-on warehouse activities as needed
• Manage and coordinate all warehouse logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in goods handling, storage, and shipping processes
• Develop and supervise daily and weekly loading plans, defining shipment sizes, weights, and transport priorities
• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of shipments
• Manage returns and handle non-conformities in coordination with quality and procurement departments
• Coordinate with logistics service providers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, especially express couriers.
• Optimize logistics flows and warehouse layout to improve productivity and reduce lead times
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Provide regular reporting on logistics KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have :

High school diploma. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus

5-8 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Fluency in Italian and English.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proactive attitude and ablity to work both independently and in teams

Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities

Nice to have :

Previous experience in logistics coordination or warehouse management

Experience in B2B manufacturing companies
