An international cruise line is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources for its Office Technical Departments in Italy. The Senior Manager, Human Resources – Office Technical Departments will join the fastest growing Cruise Liner and will be contributing to the strategic growth and the HR management of the office technical Departments employed by the MSC Technical Department through multiple legal entities in Genoa and Sorrento. Acting as a senior HR business partner, the successful candidate will serve as primary advisor for line managers and employees of these offices on a wide range of strategic and operational HR topics. The role encompasses overseeing the employee lifecycle, running daily HR operations, fostering employee relations, and contributing to the organizational effectiveness of the company through the implementation and development of innovative HR policies and processes. Operating within a multinational and technical environment, the Senior Manager will ensure that HR strategies align with the needs of complex technical functions, supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence.
In full alignment with the MSC UK HR function and with HR Corporate team based in Geneva, and considering the local regulatory frameworks, the Senior Manager, Human Resources - Office Technical Departments acts as strategic HR Business partner for Malta Yard Management (Italy) – Le Torri Office, based in Genoa and MSC CTD, based in Sorrento.
