Overview

Senior HSE Supervisor Milan (Hybrid) | Up to €65,000 (DOE)

I am searching for an experienced HSE Supervisor in Milan who has excellent knowledge of ISO 14001 standards and a proven track record in the renewables industry. This is an incredible opportunity to work for one of the leading companies in the renewable energy industry, helping to execute over 3.5GW of projects across Italy. You would be joining an international team that specialises in constructing the most ambitious renewable energy projects in the Italian market, including solar farms up to 100MW in size.

This role would put you at the heart of one of Italy's largest and fastest growing IPP's, who are committed to supporting the energy transition and providing excellent career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• As HSE Supervisor, you will: Supervising and overseeing a cluster of projects, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
• Responsible for the implementation of H&S management systems.
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers and direct the Head Site Manager with the local legislations.
• Ensure training needs are identified, delivered and monitored.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years HSE experience in renewables or related field.
• Good knowledge of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Excellent Italian and English language skills.
