Position: Full-time, Permanent in Bari

What you can expect from us...

1. Work with a team of developers, providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
3. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across front-end and back-end.
4. Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
5. Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
6. Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure application stability.
7. Engage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance workflows.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives.
9. Maintain high standards of technical quality for the platform.
10. Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects from conception to deployment and beyond.

What we expect from you...

1. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Vue.js, Solid.js, ReactJS, or AngularJS.
2. Proficiency with server-side frameworks like Express.
3. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
4. Ability to design scalable, distributed systems with high availability.
5. Openness to embrace and adapt to new technology trends.
6. Experience working collaboratively in agile teams.
7. Effective collaboration with remote teams.
8. A strong desire to tackle complex technical questions.
