YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a highly-skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join one of our development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js with technologies such as TypeScript, GraphQL, Jest, Cypress and Vite, as we build the future of AI-powered digital advertising. You will also be responsible for testing, profiling and improving front‑end performance and documenting our front‑end codebase, and mentoring your team‑mates, planning tasks and estimating workloads.

You'll be working within a cross-disciplinary team under the Engineering Manager to contribute to our multi-tenant SaaS product. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives on elevating engineering standards, and driving a forward‑thinking, AI‑first approach across the organization.

To ensure success as a senior frontend engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of React concepts, excellent front‑end coding skills, and a great understanding of progressive web applications. Ultimately, a top‑class Senior Frontend Engineer should be able to design, plan and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance and coach other team‑mates to achieve the same.

YOUR PROFILE
  • 6+ years of professional experience in similar positions
  • Product‑minded engineer who understands how frontend decisions impact user experience, business metrics, and product strategy
  • Hands‑on coder who thrives in a strong IC role, writing production code daily
  • Expert‑level proficiency in TypeScript, React, CSS, and Git
  • Exceptional code reviewer with the ability to lead technical discussions in a professional, polite, and constructive manner
  • Deep expertise in micro‑frontends architecture and ability to design scalable solutions enabling fast, independent deployments
  • Familiar with monorepo strategies
  • Experience with modern build tools (Vite) and GraphQL
  • Strong knowledge of Jest or Vitest, Cypress (nice to have)
  • Proven experience with state management libraries Redux or Zustand
  • Expert understanding of performance optimizations, ideally with Core Web Vitals metrics
  • Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and Git release strategies
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Cursor/Claude) to boost productivity
  • Quality‑focused mindset with deep passion for user experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathic, respectful approach to collaboration
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Write production‑grade code daily as a hands‑on Individual Contributor
  • Architect and implement micro‑frontend solutions supporting independent team deployments
  • Lead code review discussions, providing constructive feedback that shapes team best practices and engineering mindset
  • Guide technical decision‑making through professional, diplomatic communication
  • Make strategic frontend architecture decisions that align with the product roadmap and business objectives
  • Develop highly responsive user interface components using React and TypeScript
  • Design and maintain monorepo/micro‑frontend infrastructure for scalable frontend architecture
  • Write and maintain automated unit, e2e, and visual regression tests with a zero‑bug mindset
  • Monitor, profile, and optimize frontend performance against Core Web Vitals
  • Facilitate technical design discussions and architecture reviews
  • Document application architecture, changes, and best practices
  • Collaborate within SCRUM workflow, writing and estimating tasks independently
  • Mentor team members on frontend architecture, code quality, and professional development practices
  • Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and maintain high code quality
