As we expand our product capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong React expertise to take a leading role in our frontend team. This is more than a coding role — you'll help define architecture, uphold best practices, and mentor others as a key contributor to our product evolution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the frontend development of core features in our SaaS products.
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to technical decisions, coding standards, and architectural improvements.
• Build reusable components and scalable front-end solutions using React.
• Review code, share knowledge, and support junior developers in the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience developing complex frontend applications using React.js.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience optimizing performance and maintaining accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive, structured, and mentoring attitude — you enjoy helping others grow.
• Fluency in English and Italian is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or product-led company.
• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks.
