The Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will be an authoritative figureable to shape the messaging and narrative for your region, act as a strategicbusiness partner to the Sales Leadership, represent Soldo as an event speakerand a figurehead for analysts, along with coaching and mentoring a team.

With a demonstrable track record of delivering measurablebusiness outcomes, you will lead the end to-end development and execution ofinnovative marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline generation, acceleratesales velocity, and deepen customer engagement.

In this role, you will define and own the long-termmarketing plan with precision and foresight— crafting a vision for the team,for awareness and demand generation in the region. You will devise programmesthat not only generate net-new demand but also unlock value across the entirebuyer journey. You will operate as a trusted advisor to sales leadership,aligning marketing investments with overarching business goals and ensuringseamless integration of mid- and late-stage initiatives that materially influenceconversion and deal progression.

You will be an adept communicator and storyteller with theauthority and expertise to present and lead executive-level roundtables,present at events, act as a PR spokesperson, contribute to strategic prospectengagements, and develop compelling narrative frameworks and briefing materialsthat resonate with senior stakeholders.

Your leadership will drive the orchestration of integrated,data-driven campaigns across inbound, outbound, and ABM motions—supported byrigorous market intelligence, competitive insight, and performance analytics.You will oversee budget stewardship, strategic partnerships, and flawlessexecution across events and field programs, ensuring maximum impact,operational excellence, and clear ROI.

As a key business partner, you will cultivate relationshipswith senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drivealignment and operational excellence. You will be an experienced people managerand a coach, guide your team to execute with precision and agility whilemaintaining a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. You will be askilled authoritative presenter.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketing leaderwith exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a deep understanding ofB2B marketing dynamics, and are relentless in your pursuit of driving businesssuccess.

  • Be the Marketing Leader for your region so that SalesStakeholders have a single point of contact in Marketing to get a view of theregional marketing plan and all that’s being executed in their region.
  • Be a spokesperson for Analysts, to shape and drive ournarrative locally
  • Work closely with all other marketing functions so thatyou can present and drive a holistic demand generation strategy in your region.
  • Manage your direct reports to drive tactical executionthat is swift and clear without over reliance on other teams within marketing
  • Develop and implement lead generation and pipelineacceleration programmes jointly with sales.
  • Have the background and expertise to write, drive &present in prospect roundtables. Along with writing supporting narrativedocuments.
  • Research, choose, design, and manage events to be includedas tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesivepre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement andresponse rates.
  • Evaluate, select, on-board, enable and manage vendors thatcontribute to local demand creation programmes including events venues andservices, digital marketing vendors, direct mail providers and list brokers.
  • Develop and implement an ABM programme, with rigorouspropensity to buy analysis, in conjunction with sales to support account-basedselling.
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact ofprogrammes. Demonstrating a remediation plan for gaps identified against theplan.
  • Proactively engage and lead conversations with regionalpartners to create tailored ‘through and with’ partner marketing plans thatsupport the goals of the local sales leadership.
  • Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate,communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities.
  • Create and present enablement materials for sales alignedto marketing plans and demand generation programmes.
  • Proactively plan and execute pipeline days incollaboration with Sales and Enablement teams

Must Haves:

  • Has worked in a high-growth B2B business within thetechnology, SaaS or Fintech industry.
  • Has an excellent understanding of the demand waterfallmodel, processes, and metrics.
  • Inbound and outbound marketing strategy/executionexperience and a good understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Has excellent experience in driving, managing, andexecuting marketing activities with partners.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supportingprogrammes to drive awareness and sales.
  • Has a track record of success in all key areas ofresponsibility.
  • Has previously selected and overseen demand creationagencies and has good knowledge of agency landscape and best practices inEurope.
  • Ability to produce results on time consistently and withinbudget.
  • Ability to align tactical plans with strategy.
  • Sales force automation systems(Excellent understanding ofthe Campaigns and Reporting functionality of is a must)
  • Marketing automation platforms(Theoretical understandingof Eloqua or Marketo needed)
  • Experience of working with social media platforms andmonitoring tools (, Hootsuite or similar).
