The ideal candidate will handle monthly closings, budgeting, and performance monitoring while collaborating with various functions. A degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in finance roles are required. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Oracle are preferred.

Overview

Senior Controller – COME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE. We are looking for a Senior Controller with solid experience in complex and dynamic environments. The role will have direct responsibility for controlling activities across two divisions: High Tech and EMEC.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the monthly closing process.
• Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Supporting management with financial analysis and business cases.
• Monitoring profitability of projects, contracts, and business lines.
• Close collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Commercial functions.
• Driving continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or business finance roles, ideally in multinational companies.
• Strong background in Oracle / Oracle Cloud (preferred).
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
• Experience in the Logistics sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and result orientation.
