A pharmaceutical contract manufacturer in Latina, Italy seeks an Operational Excellence leader. You will drive improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and coach colleagues in a highly autonomous role. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, over 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement within the pharmaceutical industry, and Lean Six Sigma certification. Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence within pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in Lean Transformation or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

• Deploy advanced Lean tools and methodologies.
