Job Summary:

The Senior Buyer is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services at optimal cost and quality. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct cost analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
Qualifications
