Join PNO Innovation Digital as a Senior Business Developer and help drive the growth of our Strategic Innovation Services (SIS) business in Italy.

Mission

Identify, develop, and close high‑value opportunities for innovation consulting services—leveraging PNO’s expertise in technology intelligence, open innovation, and digital innovation—to help clients design and implement innovation‑driven strategies.

Your Tasks
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in innovation and technology‑driven markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and commercial offer development to negotiation and closing.
  • Represent PNO Innovation at events, conferences, and innovation networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Europe to align business development with delivery strategies.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in innovation consulting or related fields.
  • Demonstrated B2B sales success with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience working with technology, software, or digital transformation clients.
  • Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Based near Rome or Naples, available to work from the office 2–4 times per month.
