Position summary
We are seeking a data-driven professional to be a key player in formulating and executing the strategy of the business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Sales and other teams/stakeholders involved in business opportunities by providing financial and commercial support, balancing risks and leveraging opportunities.
- Provide the business with commercial and financial expertise, especially regarding pricing strategy, investment appraisal, product and client profitability, and deal structures.
- Deliver in-depth and consistent Business Insights through analytical reporting and dashboards, utilizing BI tools, and monitoring KPIs to support investment decisions, risk mitigation, and corrective actions.
- Ensure consistency and quality of business insights across the region.
- Develop and maintain strategic planning models to assist leadership in decision-making.
- Manage forecasts, operating plans, business reviews, and strategic planning, acting on behalf of the CFO when needed.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Finance department and collaborate with the BPI function.
- Support the professional development of the controlling team.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure alignment.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge required:
- Fluent in English and Italian (reading, speaking, writing).
- Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Experience with financial systems, especially FP&A reporting tools like Oracle and Hyperion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in FP&A or Business Controlling roles partnering with Sales.
- Experience working in and influencing matrix organizations.
