Position summary

We are seeking a data-driven professional to be a key player in formulating and executing the strategy of the business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Sales and other teams/stakeholders involved in business opportunities by providing financial and commercial support, balancing risks and leveraging opportunities.
• Provide the business with commercial and financial expertise, especially regarding pricing strategy, investment appraisal, product and client profitability, and deal structures.
• Deliver in-depth and consistent Business Insights through analytical reporting and dashboards, utilizing BI tools, and monitoring KPIs to support investment decisions, risk mitigation, and corrective actions.
• Ensure consistency and quality of business insights across the region.
• Develop and maintain strategic planning models to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Manage forecasts, operating plans, business reviews, and strategic planning, acting on behalf of the CFO when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Finance department and collaborate with the BPI function.
• Support the professional development of the controlling team.
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure alignment.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge required:

• Fluent in English and Italian (reading, speaking, writing).
• Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Experience with financial systems, especially FP&A reporting tools like Oracle and Hyperion.
