Who are we looking for?

We seek a permanent, full-time Account Manager to work mainly in Northern Italy. The role involves supporting the Business Manager, providing technical and service solutions, and developing long-term client relationships.

This position is based in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy.

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as the main contact for customer accounts and technical support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions meeting customer needs.
  • Communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Develop new business within existing clients and identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare account reports.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle client requests and escalations.
  • Identify new prospects using Salesforce (ATLAS) approach.

Who are you?

Minimum qualification: Diploma in Chemistry.

This is an outside sales role; travel is required.

Strong English communication skills are essential.

Proficiency in office software is preferable.

What competencies will you need?

  • Experience in technical or sales roles, ideally with industrial chemicals.
  • Ability to build relationships and leverage internal and external contacts.
  • Professional attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

We are Offering...

Employment under the national chemical workers’ contract (CCNL Chimico), with access to health and pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM).

Working time: 38 hours/week, Mon-Thu 8:30-12:30 & 13:30-17:30, Fri 8:30-12:30 & 13:30-15:30.
