A leading tech firm is seeking an SAP Performance Test Analyst/Consultant in Milan, Italy. This role requires over 10 years of experience, focusing on performance and analytics in S/4HANA environments. Responsibilities include designing dashboards, conducting training, and ensuring data flow consistency. Knowledge of Italian and experience in the Utility Industry are essential. This hybrid position demands work both remotely and in the client office.

SAP Performance Test Analyst / Consultant – (Hybrid) – (10+ years)

Milan, Italy

Full Time Hybrid (3 days a week in client office in Milan)

10+ Years of experience required. Minimum 5+ years of Perf and Analytics.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define reporting and Analytics requirements with the Italian team aligned with S / 4HANA data structures and reports existing in the central S / 4 core model owned by the central core team.

Design and implement Analytics dashboards using live and import connections to S / 4HANA.

Support the migration project by validating data flows and ensuring reporting consistency between ECC and S / 4 environments.

Work closely with functional teams (FI / CO, Procurement, SD, MM, PM, etc.) to understand business processes and reporting needs.

Ensure Perf and Analytics models optimized for performance and scalability.

Perform root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective measures to prevent future disruptions.

Update / create documentation (functional Design, technical design, configuration design, etc.) and support training to business users in Italian.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure proper functioning of integrations.

Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budget.

Maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Preferred SAP certification in Perf and Analytics is a plus.

Having knowledge of Italian Language is Must.

Having Certification or Knowledge in SAP SAC module will be added advantage.

Experience in Utility Industry.

Exposure to working in Agile Methodology.
