Drive profitability improvement with new plans and boost purchase revenue for the business unit.

Negotiate with existing and potential new vendors and suppliers to gain more marketing support and revenue for products and services across business units.

Establish marketing recommendations or strategies that support business goals, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders for sites and business units.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and policies by conducting market and customer research.

Review all promotions and discounts, ensuring the financial feasibility of the business unit.

Manage the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

Ensure that the budget is adhered to with all variances accounted for and in accordance with the approved budget.

Direct the process covering activity planning, coordination, design, and execution at outlets, as well as inventory control.

Manage all promotion teams in implementing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Manage and review branding concepts for own brands, including visuals, design, advertising, and visual merchandising.

Manage branding and marketing strategies for key franchise brands across regions to ensure consistency and maximize revenue and profit.

Review branding and marketing collaborations with all major suppliers in all regions, support the tender process, and maximize financial benefits through supplier revenue.
