Company Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts in the hospitality sector with a focus on the UK, DACH, and the USA markets.

Position

The role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the Company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase production from already consolidated clients;
  • Identify new business opportunities inleisure (individual and groups segment);
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies and operators;
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Analyse regular reports on sales performance and market insights;
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory;
  • Coordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and brand positioning;
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry fairs to promote the property;
  • Represent the hotel in B2B meetings and presentations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality industry;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills;
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
