Sales Manager – Renewable Energy & Utilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and implement the commercial strategy for the Renewable Energy and Utility market, aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Monitor and actively participate in tenders and bids, ensuring competitive and high-quality proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing agreements.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support business planning.
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring strong and lasting client relationships.
- Transform key clients into strategic partners, driving sustainable growth in revenue, market share, and product adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Expand the customer base within the Renewable Energy and Utility sectors.
- Ensure the achievement — and where possible, the overachievement — of company sales targets.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the energy, renewables, or utility sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strategic mindset combined with analytical thinking and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
