Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Southern Europe, the responsibilities include:

  • Developing sales across Italy.
  • Generating new business in key market sectors such as retail, automotive, and manufacturing.
  • Engaging in customer contact, lead generation, and B2B calls to generate business.
  • Supporting and expanding the distributor network.
  • Identifying new product opportunities, developing ideas into product trials, and working closely with the innovation team.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in selling products.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (oral and written).
  • Ability to quickly understand customer problems and suggest solutions.
  • Willingness to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to the UK.
