A leading power management company is seeking a Sales Manager IAM to drive sales growth in the Independent Aftermarket Channel across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in Engineering or Business, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry. You must be skilled in P&L management, cost estimation, and be fluent in English along with another European language. This position involves significant customer interaction and strategic planning, with travel expected about 30-40% of the time.

As the Sales Manager IAM, you will report to the Regional Sales AFM Leader Europe and be responsible for driving the sales growth strategy in the Independent Aftermarket Channel across assigned European countries.
