About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Italy for our Cultural Paper range. You will be responsible for building strategic customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing APP's market presence in the region.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and expand sales pipelines for our Cultural Paper range.
  • Lead negotiations and execute account strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and regional market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with APP teams in Indonesia to support customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years sales experience at a paper producer, trader or merchant.
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian markets.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Degree in Business, International Trade, Sales or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
