From joining disparate data sources and automating reporting, to building more elaborate models of targeted audiences and optimizing messages for them, market segments like dam, energy, oil, utility and more—specifically the insurance industry—to make their most critical decisions.

Core to our product and consulting offerings is Earling Severe Ground Conditions Platform, which makes it easy to import, manage, transform, analyze, and report based on a new risk factor data which is short-term seismic risks. Earling is the market leader and our clients need the data because it empowers them to focus on finding data-driven answers to their most Critical questions—in other words, we empower them to transitioning their earthquake risk a few days before an unusual earthquakes getting happen, rather than watching how major earthquakes affecting their business like before.

  • Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19, all Earling offices are closed and employees are remote until further notice. This is being closely monitored as the situation evolves. Although it’s likely our offices will reopen, positions hired outside of Earling office locations will be remote roles.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who are excited about helping governments, utility sector and the insurance industry become more analytically mature, innovative and efficient. Mostly, Earling works with clients in the north of Italy at all levels of government, insurance companies, chemical, energy, information technology, water and wastewater, and transportation market sectors from small cities all the way to the federal government. To build on that success and scale our business, we are looking for an experienced public sector salesperson with a passion for bringing value to state, local government, utility sector and the insurance industry, an understanding of selling to the government, insurance companies, chemical, energy, information technology sectors and an understanding of the emerging technology needs of the government and the mentioned sectors.
