Sales Manager – Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand textile sales in Europe, across both fashion and home interior fields.
  • Drive business expansion by handling direct sales activities and managing sales staff and agents in various European countries.
  • Ensure planning and execution are carried out under the direction of the supervisor, in collaboration with related departments.
Sales Manager – Ideal Candidate
  • At least 3 years of work experience in textile sales.
  • Business-level proficiency in at least two languages including English (Japanese language skills are a plus).
  • University Master’s degree or above.
  • Strong experience in managing people and sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for domestic and international business trips.
