A leading executive search firm is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for Southern Italy. This role will involve maintaining key accounts and enhancing customer satisfaction while fostering long-term partnerships. Ideal candidates will have a strong B2B sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in both English and Italian. A Bachelor's degree and industry experience are desirable.

The Sales Manager’s purpose is to strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships. The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and ultimately contribute to the region’s growth and success.
