The Role

The Sales Manager’s purpose is to strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships. The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and ultimately contribute to the region’s growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand key accounts in Southern Italy.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Build long-term partnerships and contribute to the region’s growth and success.
Qualifications
  • Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Extensive travel across Southern Italy; valid driving license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing desirable.
  • Experience in the foam or industrial products sector desirable.
  • Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting advantageous.
