A leading renewable energy company in Lombardia, Italy is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV market, strong negotiation skills, and a related degree. Responsibilities include capturing new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves regular travel to meet clients.

Competenze

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry.
  • Experience in working for multinational companies required.
  • Proficient in English and local language both written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
  2. Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customer
  3. Improve market share
  4. Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month
  5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management and Account receivable collections on time
  6. 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection and after-sale service
  7. Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
  8. Support marketing activities and communication, improve the brand image
  9. Monitoring competitors’ pricing, NPIs and strategies
  10. Actively collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback the front-line information
  11. Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements
  1. Bachelor, master degree in business, electrical, power or related fields
  2. Good understanding of the distribution PV market
  3. 3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable Energy industry
  4. Experience in working for multinational companies, global mindset
  5. Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
  6. PV technical background is a plus
  7. Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player
  8. Strong negotiation and communication skills, can influence different customer level from procurement team to C-suite
  9. A fast learner with street smart
Other Requirements
  1. Proficiency both in written and spoken in English and local language
  2. Able to travel on a regular basis and / or abroad in a short notice
