A leading machine tool manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Director for Italy. The role involves expanding the sales network, managing the sales team, and taking responsibility for sales and budgets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in the capital goods industry and business management know-how. The position is flexible regarding location, with performance-related compensation and a company car provided. Applications are welcomed in English or German.

EMCO employs approximately 800 people at 4 production sites in Austria and Italy. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Expansion of the Italian sales network
  • Management of the sales team in Italy
  • Responsibility for sales and budget
  • Reporting line: directly to the CSO of the EMCO Group
  • The position is not tied to a specific location
Requirements
  • Sales experience (preferably in the capital goods industry)
  • Business management know‑how
  • Ideally, contacts to potential industrial customers
  • Good English and/or German skills
