We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) eager to contribute to our sales team's growth and success.

Responsibilities include proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve sales processes and foster growth.

Your role at BizAway

  • Research and prospect new clients in the Italian market
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other channels
  • Present our solutions to various stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
  • Proactively suggest actions and strategies to improve sales and growth
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop

Basic qualifications

  • Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields
  • Hunger to face challenges and improve daily
  • Proactivity in proposing value-adding solutions and willingness to learn from mistakes
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment

Additional interests

  • Experience in SaaS sales, Business Travel, or startups
