A leading global company is seeking a Sales Back Office professional in Rome. The role involves managing sales-related administrative activities, ensuring accurate data entry, customer order management, and supplier invoice verification. The ideal candidate has fluency in English, excellent MS Office skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position is fully on-site.

Competenze

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured or international companies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Position summary

The Sales Back Office supports the commercial team by managing sales-related administrative and operational activities. The role is part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment and requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. The position is fully on-site.

Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of sales records
  • Management and follow-up of customer orders
  • Booking and verification of supplier invoices
  • Day-to-day sales support and coordination with internal departments
Qualifications
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
