Our Sales Assistant are the ambassadors of the Maison, responsible for welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. They serve as trustworthy advisors to clients and reliable partners for the Maison. This role is full-time and permanent, based within the Milan Rinascente team.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Ensure every client is welcomed and well taken care of, developing long-term relationships
- Be aware of CRM targets and actively engage in all actions to reach them
- Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize all available tools to complete CRM tasks within the given timeframe
- Consistently capture client data, take notes of qualitative information, and know your portfolio of customers, especially VVICs and VICs
- Offer excellent customer service and improve individual business performance
- Use all omnichannel services available to grow omnichannel sales
- Be aware of store and individual sales and KPIs targets and actively engage in all actions to achieve them
- Complete trainings actively and participate in all commercial activities set by the Manager
- Be aware of the local trading environment and competitors’ activities
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and grooming at all times
- Proactively inform the Manager of any structural repairs needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all times
- Implement all store guidelines and participate in inventories
- Support after-sales clients and follow up to ensure impeccable after-sales service
- Comply with Richemont policies and standards
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Extensive previous experience in WRTW
- Onboarding and training of new joiners
- Fluent in Italian and English; Arabic is considered a must
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
