Who We Are Looking For

For our Robe di Kappa store in Milan, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant's goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining an attractive store environment that encourages sales through order, cleanliness, and a complete product range. The role also involves ensuring courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers during sales transactions;
2. Managing and maintaining merchandise on display;
3. Replenishing stock to ensure product availability;
4. Maintaining store order and cleanliness;
5. Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines;
6. Handling cashier operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in the fashion industry;
• Knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility with schedules;
• Immediately available.

Employment Details

Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time or part-time.
